[Medical Genius] RP : Seeing Hayates studious personality and rather refined and balanced structure of training, Hizashi Kishiro handed the boy his first gift. Anatomy 101 - Way to become a Medical Shinobi. At first Hizashi knew the boy would be good at Medical Ninjutsu and possibly even a good surgeon but what Hizashi soon found out was that this boy was a true genius in the Medical field. Universal : Starts with Medical Element and gains NO MORE Genin : +1 to Medical Jutsu, Healing Medical Jutsu gains 1/10th Heal Mod as bonus(Cap +3). Chuunin : +2 to Medical Jutsu, Healing Medical Jutsu gains 1/10th Heal Mod as bonus(Cap +4). Jounin : +3 to Medical Jutsu, Healing Medical Jutsu gains 1/10th Heal Mod as bonus(Cap +5).
[Severing Chakra Lancet] Activation: 3 CP, 1 CP to Maintain RP : This Unique technique Hayate Developed during his training with Hizashi Kishiro was to lower the distance between the two, despite the fact that Hizashi placed seals upon himself to weaken him to a Genin's strength, Hayate just couldnt hit him hard enough to really inflict any type of pain. So Hayate Delved into creating small outlines of chakra around his hands for him to strike the body and severe tendons,arteries, muscle tissue, anything that his chakra can reach to cause severe internal bleeding. When Hayate developed this ability, the Sparring between the two stopped and they focused on the other nessicary skills of a Shinobi. Universal: DEX/STR) Medical ATK/DEF Bonus to Roll Applies. [Advanced Cellular Control] RP : This Ability that Hayate Developed during his training with Hizashi Kishiro because he kept finding himself weaker and weaker every day he trained with him. Incapable of growing because the ability to expend 100% of his energy again the next day as his body was too sore. Hayate developed this unique ability through sheer extraordinary chakra control. By focusing his chakra into dead cells at the point of impact he reactivates the dead cells and accelerates the bodies natural regenerative properties at the point of impact. Universal : User may spend 2 CP to add 1 DR to their total (Is NOT Subject to CP Negatives - Counts as Active) to a limit of their Rank as a Free Action Upon being Hit. (Must state when and how much DR Is added) Genin : 2 DR vs HP/CP , May Add +2 more HP DR. Chuunin : 3 DR vs HP/CP , May Add +3 more HP DR. Jounin : 4 DR vs HP/CP , May Add +4 more HP DR.
[Regulated Breathing and Unorthodox Thought] RP : Due to his rather high IQ and unorthodox train of thought Hayate was capable of developing a breathing exercise during his advanced training with Hizashi Kishiro. Due to his regulated breathing he is capable of quickly recovering lost energy during battle and even reduce the amount of energy he utilizes during battle. These are key factors in being a skilled Medical Shinobi. Universal : +2 HP Regen.
