Amulet Matches
A man named the Gamemaster has paid quite a bit of money to host a game that takes place in each country. This game is called the "Dark World Hunger Tournament". Contestants are Genin in rank as they are to pair up and use special Amulets to locate enemies and take theirs (The Amulets). This game offers a lot of money to the Hidden Villages with very few rules. No one currently knows why this individual is forking over so much Ryo, but perhaps in time an answer will be found.

The Amulets
The Amulets are portable and all look just about the same. When held, the user must apply their intent to fight for the amulet to seek out the signal of other amulets. Once an Amulet is located, both Amulets will glow and pull the keepers to one another. (The Amulets range is transition away)

(Note): To know how to use the Amulet is a Lore DC: of 50, unless your character is told ICly.

The Duel
Once an enemy has been located, the amulets will stop glowing. From that point on the Duelers may take the Amulet by any means necessary. However in order for the Amulet to be wagered (That means transferred upon the defeat of an enemy no matter where the Amulet is.) Regardless if the teammate possess the Amulet,One teammate on each side must agree to the phrase "I challenge you to a Darkworld Showdown!"

The Event Deadline is SATURDAY 2/7/2015 22:00EST you may enter at any time once you post here with a teammate. If you are both Genin you will be assumed to have an Amulet. (This is a new type of event, let's try and make it work! I will be editing this to make it better through out the day :3)

I managed to get 2 teams with 2 amulets. I am going to collect and pay out to the participants. Thanks a lot guys for helping me see how this type of event would work!
