The Heiki bloodline can be traced as far back as the founding of Kumogakure with identifiable birth records, but they claim to be even older than that, reachign to one of the Six Sages of legend, even. Regardless of how old the bloodline is, the Heiki have made an impact on Kumogakure with their jutsu alone, creating the Chakra Weapon technique many of our covert assassins know, as well as countless more, able to use them so efficiently, they need no handsigns to form the techiques, a great asset in the times when Kumogakure and Konoha were at war, and the despair of many Uchiha who wished to learn these techniques for their own. Even the more advanced ones that have been carried on, such as "Dragon's Vicious Fangs" were done easily without a sign at all. The Heiki were also adaptive Kenjutsuists, able to use a physical blade as well as their special Chakra Edge variations with ease, though they did not focus in such techniques absolutely.

None of the Heiki require the use of handsigns for any of their signature techniques, commonly called 'Chakra Tool and Weapon' jutsu. The Heiki's chakra is nearly abnormally dense, making all of their techniques visable by anyone at all, taking the natural 'color' of the user's chakra. This, though, prevents their element from being displayed at all during the years in the Academy. Even Genin of the Heiki seem to not be attached to any one element, thus it's assumed this dense chakra forces the element to be nearly nonexistant. With such a 'price,' though, their techniques, with some focus, tend to deal even further damage.
Special Note: Forfiets first element for these bonuses. Prevents ACN on creation. Elements gained normally at Chuunin and Jounin.

Nearly every Heikihas a tactitcal mindset, and thinks their actions through at least a few moments before acting. This gives them an air of overthinking, which can happen time to time, but allows them to be insightful for many of the things their opponents do.
PvP: As a pre-battle/first round action, the Heiki observes the surroundings and their opponent(s). This gives a 1d4 to the Heiki for all attack and defense rolls for the duration of the battle. This counts as a "Boosting Jutsu."
Masterful Focus IV: 50 Tokens; Requires I
The Heiki have such a deep affinity with their Chakra Weapon jutsu, they begin to be able to use them with increasingly deadly accuracy and ease.

Chakra Knife Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Chakra Cost: 5+1per round maintained RP Description: The Heiki developed a weaker and more subtle version of Chakra Edge, taking less chakra to maintain and use, being about the size of a knife/dagger. PvP Effect: 1d4+1 rounds, user gains a weapon that does 2d4 damage on hit, attacking with STR/DEX for no weapon negatives. Note: WIS bonus is applied for damage, does not recieve STR damage bonuses. Rain of Daggers* Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Chakra Cost: 5 CP RP Description : The user motions, and creates a swarm of chakra daggers above their opponents, allowing them to fill their target viciously. The attack resembles raining blades, and is known to be used by even Jounin, for dispatching large amounts of enemies. PVP : 3d4 damage to 1d4+1 targets. (Max of 4)
Cage of Swords* Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Chakra Cost: 5 CP +3/round RP Description : The user handseals and presses their hands to the ground, creating enormous swords that encase their victim. Once imprisoned, movement is impossible without cutting themselves to a dangerous degree. PVP : For 1d4+1 rounds or until hit, the target is encased by chakra swords. If they are broken free before the duration ends, they take 2d6 damage from the chakra blades shattering into them. May be ended early, and does not require the user to keep contact with the ground or victim. [Note: If the trapped target handsigns, attempts to dodge, attack, or block, they receive damage. If target it hit, this breaks them out of the jutsu, giving them damage as well. This is a PHYSICAL stun]
Chakra Lance* Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Chakra Cost: 6 CP RP Description : The user makes a motion and creates a lance of pure chakra into their hands, as they send it at a victim, threatening to penetrate even the strongest of armour. PVP : 2d8 damage, pierces 2 DR
Chakra Step Technique; Intermediate Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Chakra Cost: 4 RP Description: The Heiki creates a second platform to jump from, getting even higher than before. PvP Effect: Gain +2 to attack and defense until next attack. Learning/Teaching: Gate System C RANK

Needle Swarm Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Chakra Cost: 5 RP Description: The Heiki creates SEVERAL simple chakra needles in the air, and sends each group to seperate targets. PvP Effect: 1d6 damage to up to 1d4+1 targets. Rolls of 19~20 give a Physical Stun for one round. Learning/Teaching: Gate System B RANK Special Note: Multiple needles may hit the same target. [A max of three needles can hit any one target.] Note: Attack is rolled once; Damage is as well.
Chakra Aura Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Chakra Cost: 8+2 CP upkeep RP Description: The Heiki calls an aura of small, but sharp, chakra particles around the user, looking nearly like a soft blue, or the user's normal chakra color, fog. PvP Effect: All targets in melee range take 2d6 damage every round they stay in range of the Heiki. This effect lasts 1d6-1 (min. of 1) rounds; can be used to defend, but is hit automatically. Learning/Teaching: Gate System B RANK Special Note: If used for defense, user is automatically hit, and must roll to beat the attack for opponent to be affected that round.
Chakra Edge Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Charka Cost: 6 CP +3/round Description : The user creates a unique chakra sword into their hands that seems to cut most things like butter. This is known as a very lethal technique. The weapon can be shaped into anything. PVP : For 1d4+2 rounds, the user gains a weapon that deals 2d10 on hit, able to be used with Str/Dex for no weapon penalties. Special : WIS modifier is added to damage, STR damage bonuses do not apply

Dragon's Vicious Fangs* Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Chakra Cost: 10 CP Description : The user focuses a moment, and then motions as sharp chakra blades suddenly erupt from the ground around a target, piercing into them like a guillotine, completely impaling them. An attack like this is usually incredibly vicious, and is known to kill even the sturdiest targets. Due to the sharpness of the chakra blades, each 'Fang' can pierce almost any defense. PVP : Deals 3d6+3 damage and pierces 4 DR. Special : Unblockable.
Chakra Tool Step Technique: Master Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Chakra Cost: 6 outside of combat, 6+2 per round, or 20 for the duration of combat (may be activated before combat). RP Description: The Heiki bounds into the air, and forms their Tool under their feet, or two, one per foot, enabling them to walk in the air as they wish, making no sound at all, while being easier to find visually. PvP Effect: +10 to MS, -10 to Hide. Inside combat, user gains +3 to attack and defense rolls. Learning/Teaching: Gate System A RANK
S RANK:
Mujihi Kengeki Nami; Merciless Weapon Wave Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Chakra Cost: 20 RP Description: The Heiki goes through a swift handsign series, faster than even Uchiha can track, then bounds high into the air, the ground below them beginning to be affected by a swarm of Chakra Weapons flowing outward. PvP Effect: 4d8+2d4 damage to all within sight of the Heiki as the chakra weapons reach to the user's maximum range, slashing and cutting their way there. Learning/Teaching: Gate System S RANK Note: Undodgeable.
Mujihi Kengeki Rakurai-ni-au; Merciless Weapon Lightning Strike Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Chakra Cost: 25 RP Description: The Heiki flashes though a series of handsigns, and bounds into the air, propelling themselves over a single target as needed before unleashing a devastating amount of Chakra Weapons at the said target. PvP Effect: 4d10+1d8 to one target. Learning/Teaching: Gate System S RANK Special Note: This jutsu is Unblockable.
