It was one of those rare nights in the Sunagakure deserts where the clouds rolled across the desert skies and the clouds gathered, dark like deep fog in a valley. The hospital was all but empty except for one young couple, a young woman and a young man. Though there was something special even peculiar about these two fortunate people. Sai and Yuna Mousho were in the middle of bringing in the life of a young little boy, a boy that they would grow to love as well as scold for his mischievous behavior.
Thus begins the story of Kai Mousho, born in the Sunagakure hospital just eighteen years ago on the day of June 9th. That moment was sacred to both Sai and Yuna, they would never forget watching their little bundle of sunshine be born into their own crazy world. His iris-less red eyes were a blessing to them both, his soft young hands that smelled of a strange, yet fulfilling scent only associated with fresh baby's skin. They had trouble giving the little guy a name, but finally decided on Kai, it just seemed correct to them.
There were no complications with the birth, it was a normal birth and they were blessed with that aspect. Everything seemed perfect to them even though their parents were both appalled at the fact their babies had just produced their own baby. In fact their parents didn't approve of the other at all, thinking that they were horrible influences on one another. Simple Chunin of the Mousho village whom had fallen in love with each other during their exams as they were forced to battle one another in the arena. Needless to say, Yuna won that fight as Sai gave her his heart. But how they could they be mad when the cute little warm spirit was brought into this world by their children? - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Kai grew up quite well, he entered the academy at the average age as most Sunagakure children who were destined to become shinobi did. He trained quite well and was very much at the top of his class, however, there was only one issue that he was having difficulty with. He was slow to learning to control his kekkai genkai of the Mousho bloodline. He worked hard and did his best, but never seemed to be able to master the ability to manipulate heat as much as his cousins were already learning to do.
Nonetheless, his parents remained proud of him and never gave up on him. They were patient parents and would also come to his defense whenever others were teasing the young soul for his inabilities or his failures. They even had to defend them from their own family who constantly criticized their parenting tactics for Kai's failure. Throughout the whole bloodline it became common to whisper about the family and their little runt who wasn't a true Mousho. However, Kai remained oblivious to the whole situations as his parents never discussed it with the young one and no one dared bring it up before the young ninja for fear it would shatter his confidence.
They thought it better to burden the parents with their nagging and comments, stares and disapproval. However, one fatal day something horrible happened to Kai that would simply give the family even more troubles. Kai was brought down with a serious illness, he contracted a disease that was very rare to the Mousho, a seemingly incurable illness that reversed the natural ability to control heat on themselves by heating up their own bodies to such an extreme level that it was even fatal to the Mousho. Kai was forced to leave the academy and his parents struggled to keep faith that he would survived. Although one would think that this sort of news would bring the family into a more positive light with their own cousins, it was the opposite. His illness was once again blamed on Yuna and Sai, thinking that because they were unable to nurture his Mousho abilities into existence it was their failure that caused this serious disease.
Kai was sick for year after year, it seemed that he was never going to be free of this prison again. However, one fatal day as Sai was out and Yuna left to her sobs; Kai wandered downstairs to grab a glass of soy milk to his mother's happiness and surprise. She lifted him up and they danced the whole afternoon until Sai had arrived home. Afterwards Kai returned to the Academy graduating as he was eighteen, a bit old, but still a graduate. Now Kai has arrived at his prime a Sunagakure Genin awaiting to be assigned to a Squad, his kekkai genkai becoming fully active and ready to serve Sunakagure until his dying breath.

Fuuton: Whirlwind Prison Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Chakra Cost: 5+ 3 for each round maintained RP Description: This is more of an immobilization Jutsu. The shinobi creates the required hand-seals (9), then releases their Jutsu. The only way for this Jutsu to be effective, is for the shinobi to be within melee range of their jutsu to work. The Shinobi releases a large blast of wind from their palms, creating a cyclone around the target. If the target tries to break free from the Whirlwind, the eye of it becomes much more violent, sucking oxygen from the center. This Jutsu can be doubled over as a lethal form. The shinobi has the ability to completely remove the oxygen from the center, either knocking the target unconscious, or killing them via suffocation. Mousho are known within Sunagakure as the ones that control the heat, and make it so only that the Suna shinobi can with stand it. They control the wind within Wind Country, and also the heat that comes down and cause it almost unliveable for some. They are extremley feared, as they can cause the bodies of the shinobi around them to almost suffer and probably shut it down from the inside due to removing the water. They are able to control the heat around them, much opposite of the Yuki, who are said to be rivals of the Mousho. All Mousho are born within Sungakure, and live within Sunagakure and it is extremley rare for Mousho to become Missing, as they are trained to have respect for the clan. They all have lighter skin, although they spend most of their time outside, and their eyes do not have an Iris. Their eyes are a straight Red, much like the Yamanaka and their blue. ______________________________________________________________ [Heat Wave] Mousho literally means Heat Wave and this corresponds to their ability to control their wind and heat around them to a large extent. With each movement and each handsign they make, it almost looks as though they are in complete control of the wind and heat, making it almost deadly to vs them. Universal: Begin with Wind, Fire and Heat Element. Academy Student: +0 to Wisdom Rolls, +5 CP Total Genin: +1 to Wisdom Rolls, +10 CP Total Chuunin: +2 to Wisdom Rolls, +10 CP Total Jounin: +3 to Wisdom Rolls, +15 CP Total______________________________________________________________ [Dehyrdration] Due to the control over their abilities and their natural ability of controlling the heat, Mousho are able to reduce the water within opponents bodies which cause it to act slower. It also means that any water jutsu around them suffer, and almost causes the water to evaporate instantly. Mousho take this skill high, and prove that they are able to push themselves and almost cause the death of some by just dehydrating them. Universal: Anyone around Mousho suffer -1 to their HP Regen Academy Student: +1 Damage to Ninjutsu. Water / Ice Jutsu suffer -0 to Rolls and -2 Damage vs User (Min 1 Dmg) Genin: +1d4 Damage to Ninjutsu. If the target is unable to handle the heat they are left extremely exhausted. Shakuton: Dai Ni Donesshō Jutsu (Heat style: Second-Degree Burn Jutsu) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Chakra Cost: 3 RP Description: The target holds out their hand as tiny flaming orbs begin to appear around the user's finger tips. The user than holds out their palm and sends the tiny orbs flying forwards towards a single target. Shakuton: Shōkyaku Furea Jutsu (Heat Style: Incinerating Flare Jutsu) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Chakra Cost: 5 RP Description: The user makes the appropriate seals and then uses wind to bind flame into spinning flame-orbs that they then raise upwards to create a much larger orb, afterwards the flame orb explodes outwards and incinerates the area around the user. However, given that the Mousho are able to control heat; they are able to also protect their allies and themselves from the incineration. They are able to control the flame and use it to their whim. They then send the ball forward to quickly envelope their target and scorch them severely.
