The Maboroshi clan are said to posses the ability to create reality out of illusions. This dangerous ability has made them powerful shinobi and desired by all. When their Elder The Storyteller vanished they left Hoshigakure, suspecting the village of doing away with him. As such they were welcomed everywhere for their potent Genjutsu abilities. Though the land of Water and Kirigakure drew them the best.

The Clan user’s Genjutsu are so powerful they trick the mind into accepting them as reality. This causes a kinetic reflection on the victims body. What happens in the illusion, happens to the body. It can be extremely lethal and gives rise to the rumors of the wraith clan of the Mists.

Universal: Genjutsu CP and HP Damage bypass 2 DR
Genin: Genjutsu deal DMG bassed on the Rank (Table Below)
Chuunin: Genjutsu gain CP damage = to WIS Stat Bonus. (INT replaces WIS for Calculation)
Jounin: Genjutsu require 2 DC's to escape (If they are caught in) Both DC's = Original Attack Roll*

(E.G Target Fails defence roll, caught Genjutsu. Next turn tries to escape, has 2 DC's = to original roll. BOTH Rolls may be made in a single turn, but only if the first DC is broken.)

Mabaroshi can enter their own genjutsu and affect the victim from within. While it is mostly used for combat and harm it could be very useful in mind healing for the few Mabaroshi who practice medical ninjutsu.

Universal: +2 Genjutsu ATK / DEF Rolls,
Genin: 5 CP) Whilst a target is within their Genjutsu. Maboroshi can attack the target and deal Rank Taijutsu (No Damage Bonuses Apply - Bypasses all DR) damage to them automatically that does not break the Genjutsu. This may only be done once per Genjutsu, and lowers the Duration by 2 and DC of the Genjutsu by 4.
Chunin: 4 CP) Whilst a target is within their Genjutsu. Maboroshi can attack the target and deal Rank Small Weapon Damage (No Damage Bonuses Apply - Bypasses all DR) damage to them automatically that does not break the Genjutsu. This may only be done once per Genjutsu, and lowers the Duration by 2 and DC of the Genjutsu by 4.
Jonin: 3 CP) Whilst a target is within their Genjutsu. Maboroshi can attack the target and deal Rank Dual Wield Small Weapon Damage (No Damage Bonuses Apply - Bypasses all DR) damage to them automatically that does not break the Genjutsu. This may only be done once per Genjutsu, and lowers the Duration by 2 and DC of the Genjutsu by 4.
Note: If Genjutsu has less then 2 or less rounds remaining, the target is still not freed from the jutsu. The Rounds left is set to 1, meaning they are freed on the round AFTER their next escape attempt.
