ATK/DEF - All bonuses from Abilities / Items / Clans / Bloodlines
DMG BONUS - All Bonuses from Abilities / Items / Clans / Bloodlines (Does not include Jobs / Stat bonuses (Which apply ones per round), bonuses are in XdX form E,G Genin +1d8+1d4 - These only apply once per ATK/TARGET - Defensive Jutsu DO NOT gain DMG bonus, unless stated in the jutsu itself. STR DMG still applies to Defensive Taijutsu / Kenjutsu.)
HP/CP - Total Bonus of HP and CP from Abilities / Items / Clans / Bloodlines (E.G 20 CP 30 HP = 50 Total, Genin Cap)
REGEN - Total Regen of HP and CP from Abilities / Items / Clans / Bloodlines (E.G 2 HP and 1 CP = 3 Total, Chuunin Cap)
DR - Total HP and CP DR Gained from Abilities / Items / Clans / Bloodlines (E.G 7 HP and 3 CP DR = 10 total, Jounin Cap)
CP NEG - Total Negatives to CP from Abilities / Items / Clans / Bloodlines applied per round, including negatives to round maintenance on jutsu / stances (E.G -2 CP Cost and -1 CP Per Jutsu, only maximum -2 per jutsu may be applied for a Genin - Jutsu will ALWAYS cost a minimal of 1 CP, unless an ability states otherwise)
SKILL - Total skill bonus gained from Abilities / Items / Clans / Bloodlines (E.G Genin has +30 Spot, +15 Hide - May never pass the Cap per skill)
DR Pierce - Total gained from Abilities / Items / Clans / Bloodlines
DMG RE - Returned Damage from Abilities / Items / Clans / Bloodlines in XdX form (E.G Genin may have 2 Damage return or 1d6/2 (Max 2)
NEG - Maximum Negatives applied to enemies from Abilities / Items / Clans / Bloodlines (E.G Targets suffer -1 DMG -1 ATK if CON Roll failed. Each negative may never pass cap)
DoT - Maximum damage applied per from Abilities / Items / Clans / Bloodlines (E.G Those in fight with xxx take 1d4 damage (Rolled each round) may never pass DoT Cap for each Round)

Active Rules: Active's are applied ON TOP of Passive, so these bonuse have passive bonuses added into them - Refers to anything that requires a CP (HP In some circumstances) cost to apply a Bonus. This does not include any single round / per attack / Block only etc, ontop of passive (E.G Passive +5 ATK, Jutsu gives +1d4 (Rolled 3), +2 from Chakra Focus - Chuunin Cap, May not apply any more bonuses for this ATK roll)

SKILL - Total skill bonus gained from Jutsu / Actives (E.G Chuunin has +30 Spot, +20 Heal Jutsu grants + 60 to Spot totalling +80 to spot - May never pass the Cap per skill)
DR Pierce - Total gained from Jutsu / Actives
DMG RE - Returned Damage from Jutsu / Actives in XdX form (E.G Chuunin may have 1d4+2 Damage return or 2d4-2 (Max 1)

Burst Rules: Burst rules are ONLY applied if you use a single round jutsu / effect that applies a bonus to a single roll. This includes Free Action / Single Round Jutsu / +2 DEF etc. The chart above is the MAXIMUM that you may apply via burst only, only if the activation chart is met without the use of a Burst Jutsu, or if the burst jutsu causes the activation to be hit.

Just so everyone knows these Cap Rules are in effect keep these in mind when you are designing your jutsu, we are going through things and nerfing them if they fall above these Caps.
